I’m
56 years old and last year I realized I didn’t have a life anymore; I had devoted all my time and energy to my family
and business. I started to think about activities I used to enjoy and around the same time I saw the sign for Breathe.
I started the classes about a year ago and my flexibility is still not great but I had it measured at the Gym 6 months ago
and just last week; my flexibility has increased 100%! Karyn is friendly and warm, the classes are fun and not only

I joined Breath Yoga a couple of years ago and have been VERY
happy!! It's the best choice I could have made for myself! I joined yoga as a way to help my anxiety. My anxiety made
it difficult for me to lead a normal life. With Karyn's wonderful classes I was able to learn how to breath properly which
helped me when dealing with anxiety attacks. At the end of each class we have a 15 minute guided relaxation which also helped
teach me how to turn of my mind and just relax and take time for myself. I have tried many of the Breath Yoga classes
and have loved every single one, infact it just makes it harder every session to decide which class to take? Karyn
switches up the classes and always makes each class interesting and fun. I leave each class with a sense of enlightenment
and a sore belly from the workout and the laughs. Going to Breath Yoga classes are my favourite part of the
week and my week just isn't as fulfilling if I don't get my Breathe Yoga time.

For the
last 7 years of my life I’ve been suffering from Fibromyalgia, Chronic Pain and Chronic Fatigue Syndrome. I would challenge
myself in any avenue that would offer me, even if remotely, some form of healing therapy to better my quality of life. Two
years ago I met Karen at a Mom’s Breakfast and I sat right beside her, she shared a bit of her story. I was nervous
about the Yoga thinking I was out of shape, but I’ve tried just about everything from Acupuncture to a Chiropractor
with no respite and it was getting worse. Then about a year ago Karen generously offered an item for the Silent Auction at
our children’s Annual School Carnival. The prize was “One Yoga session (8 weeks) and some yoga gifts”. I
won that prize and thought this was meant to be and this is where I found Karen! Breathe Yoga was not only her business it
was her passion, her motivation and her purpose in life and she serve her purpose well. I will not lie, some days weren’t
as good as others as we all know how much we push ourselves, crossing that line that we think will make us better, this “no
pain, no gain” undertaking! Well she knows that this is a commitment to ourselves and she takes our bodies to
a whole new experience, as we listen to her ever soothing voice that carries you away to a far off place where promise’s
of hope and tranquility are granted just by listening inventively. She is loyal to her patrons and her patrons are devoted
to her. For Karan & Breathe Yoga it is not only a life changing adventure it is forever changing my life for the better!

I was recently diagnosed with some
disc problems in my lower back causing sciatica and lower back pain. One of the suggestions for things I might do to
help in this case was to keep active and to do core strengthening exercises. I have been doing pilates with Karyn at
Breathe Yoga and Pilates for a few months now and have found that it really helps my back and improves my posture.And in addition to those benefits - It Is Just Plain Fun !!!!! There is a
great variety of different exercises I have learned and wonderful relaxation techniques which I can use at home. Come
