Breathe Yoga & Pilates offers various yoga and pilates classes that always suit the unique needs of our students....we aim to make a perfect match!

We change class styles every 8 weeks to keep it fresh!

 

Every person and every BODY is different.  We have all had such diverse life experiences.  Add to this such things as injury and illness....how can we all possibly be expected to accomplish the exact same yoga poses?  Here at "Breathe" we always take this into consideration.  All of our poses can and will be modified to fit you personally.  Yoga should be fun...not painful.
