Every person and every BODY is different. We have all had
such diverse life experiences. Add to this such things as injury and illness....how can we all possibly be expected
to accomplish the exact same yoga poses? Here at "Breathe" we always take this into consideration. All
of our poses can and will be modified to fit you personally. Yoga should be fun...not painful.
